John Knepper runs Knepper Contracting LLC today. He is twenty-two years into the trade himself, and the work has changed with the technology: structured cabling, fiber, IP cameras, access control, and the low-voltage backbone of buildings that cannot afford downtime.
The company is licensed in Oregon and Washington, bonded and insured. It did not start as a commercial specialist — it became one, on purpose, because that is the work John wants more of.
